For 2010 model year, all 6.6L Duramax diesel engines will come standard from GM with a 3.54 rear gear ratio.  Due to the unavailablitiy of a 3.54 gear ratio in the American Axle IFS front axle differential, Quigley Motor Company will perform a gear change to the rear drive axle.  The new gear ratio will be a 3.73 ratio.  This will match the gear ratio in the new front drive axle.  The rear axle ring and pinion will be covered by Quigley Motor Company's 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty.
